Hazy Moon (朧 (おぼろ) 月 (づき) , Oborozuki^?) is a New Shadow Style technique that allows the user to shape cursed energy to complete a katana's broken blade.

Description

This technique allows the user to form their cursed energy into the shape of a sword's blade after the physical blade was broken. The cursed energy blade has physical properties akin to a real sword, allowing the user to continue attacking with the broken weapon.

Usage

Atsuya Kusakabe

After his katana snapped in half from barraging Sukuna with slashes, Kusakabe used this technique to replace his sword's broken blade so he could continue his assault. However, his movements were predicted by Sukuna, who caught the cursed energy blade with two fingers before defeating Kusakabe.

Trivia

• This technique bears a resemblance to an application of Ogi Zenin's Blazing Courage.
