Summary
The God of Lightning, Hajime Kashimo, leaps into battle to take on Sukuna next. Kashimo not only seeks to defeat Sukuna, but to learn what it truly means to be the strongest.
Plot Details
Kashimo leaps onto the battlefield from two hundred and three meters off the ground to confront Sukuna. Even further above is a massive block of ice descending from the sky. Standing atop the ice is none other than the Frozen Star themselves, Uraume. Having already accounted for Uraume's interference, Hakari surprises them from above. He reveals that he promised to get Kashimo his one-on-one against Sukuna and traps Uraume inside his domain.

As Hakari's domain barrier forms, the block of ice continues plummeting to the earth. Sukuna breaks it apart and an object within falls into his hands. The ice was simply a flashy means of transportation to arm Sukuna with a perfect replica of the cursed tool: Kamutoke. Yorozu created the replica using a binding vow at the end of her life as a gift to Sukuna. Sukuna immediately activates Kamutoke, sending down a torrent of lightning on Kashimo. However, it's completely ineffective due to Kashimo's heavy resistance to electricity.
"Greedy bastard."
Before the duel begins, Kashimo asks Sukuna if he earned the title of the strongest or if he was born the strongest. Sukuna claims he doesn't know and that all he knows is that he was born cursed and unwanted. Kashimo explains that he could never connect with those beneath him and saw everyone as feeble as dirt. He wants to know if strength is solitude and if the strong are cursed to wander endlessly in search of greater power. Sukuna simply responds by calling Kashimo greedy, saying he and Satoru Gojo ask for too much, confusing Kashimo. Sukuna adds that he'll teach him and challenges the revenant to give his best shot.

Kashimo accepts the challenge and attacks, with Sukuna parrying his opening staff with Kamutoke. Kashimo activates his innate technique: Mythical Beast Amber. Kashimo's increased speed takes Sukuna by surprise and he lands successive punches. Sukuna is knocked back and Kashimo follows up by yelling so loud that it creates a sonic boom. Mythical Beast Amber restructures Kashimo's body to render any electricity-based phenomenon into a manifestible weapon. This includes increasing his agility by improving his brain's electrical signals, optimizing sound waves to match natural frequencies, and vaporizing irradiated objects with electromagnetic waves. However, as a result, Kashimo's body has surpassed the limits of a human being. When his technique concludes, his flesh will crumble away and perish.
Kashimo overwhelms Sukuna and unleashes his signature lightning attack to cap off a vicious combination of attacks. Sukuna survives, as he can restore his body without using reverse cursed technique. He's been intentionally saving this method for the right moment because he can only use it once. Sukuna restores his body by resuming his incarnation, fully transforming into his true form.
