Summary
As the final showdown between Satoru Gojo and Sukuna approaches, both sides make their preparations. When December 24th arrives, the Jujutsu High students do their best to encourage their sensei as he heads into the most important fight of his life.
Plot Details

Sukuna uses his sokushinbutsu mummy to subsitute the last finger.
Uraume presents to Sukuna three more of his fingers and apologizes for being unable to find the last one no matter how hard they tried. Sukuna doesn't mind because he's long figured that Satoru Gojo hid the last one as a method of indefinitely suspending Yuji's execution. Uraume takes this as a second humiliating defeat at the hands of Gojo while cursing their aching wound. There is residual pain despite Uraume having used reverse cursed technique.
Sukuna assures Uraume he can make up for a single digit of his divided power by using the mummified remains of his former body. Musing about the irony of how his mummy was dressed like a sokushinbutsu, Sukuna wonders if it was Kenjaku or Tengen's doing.
Meanwhile, Kenjaku faces a TV as he queries his Kogane on how many people have died from cursed technique removal due to never entering a colony. At Kogane's response of 61 players, Kenjaku postulates that the players didn't participate due to fearing death or having to kill, but then suggests that they lacked intuition considering how Hiromi's added rule could have allowed them to avoid both scenarios. He laments how the people of Japan always incorrectly believe their lives are stable when in reality they're always on the brink of ruin. He continues to express his contempt for those who will not risk their lives and those who are willing to die at any time without any hope for the future. Believing that everyone should know the feeling of approaching their ideals step by step, Kenjaku states that he is talking to Tengen about this.

Gojo, Ieiri, and Ijichi remember the fallen.
At Jujutsu High, Gojo laments about how only he, Shoko, and Ijichi remain from their days at Jujutsu High. Shoko comments that there's also still "one who hasn't fully recovered", to which Gojo agrees. He admits that he always thought Nanami was the type who could survive no matter what, causing Ijichi to apologize for having survived while Nanami has died. Gojo is appalled that Ijichi would believe that Gojo would have preferred Nanami to live over himself. He tells Ijichi that he has one monumental task to carry out, so he should do his best. Shoko adds that while they're on the topic of Nanami Ino has something to say about him to Gojo.

"Their only chance to defeat Sukuna would be immediately after he's fought Gojo."
In the dojo, Mei Mei is hosting an online betting game on the outcome of Gojo's upcoming clash with Sukuna. She's happily relishing in the fact that the jujutsu regulation changes after the Shibuya Incident increased the clientele base for these previously barely legal services. She's earning a steady five billion by selling pay-per-view broadcasts even without betting. Mei Mei expresses how she's never been as grateful as she is now to have her Black Bird Manipulation while Ui Ui reminds her to fatten up the crows. Mei Mei places her digital pad down and observes Yuji and Kusakabe spar with judo techniques. Yuji swiftly throws Kusakabe down before demanding he get a handle on "it", with Kusakabe uncharacteristically responding with enthusiasm. Meanwhile, Yuta Okkotsu and Toge Inumaki walk down a dark hallway lit only by candles and discuss how they won't tell Yuji about Toge's injury as it was solely on Sukuna.

Gojo's students encourage him going into the most important fight of his life.
The fated day arrives on December 24th in the now-ruined city of Shinjuku, which has become a realm of demons: "Makyo". Sukuna, Uraume, and Kenjaku prepare on the roof of a skyscraper. Kenjaku leaves to hunt down the remaining Culling Game players. Irritated with Kenjaku's presence, Uraume is more than willing to let him go, but Kenjaku reminds them that if he had left any sooner, Gojo would have killed him. Additionally, he didn't intend to move until now because he's counting on the main forces of Jujutsu High, including Yuta, Kinji Hakari, and Maki Zenin all attacking Sukuna if he defeats Gojo.

The battle of the strongest is about to begin!!
As Satoru Gojo prepares to leave Jujutsu High for Makyo Shinjuku, his students ponder the best way to motivate their sensei. They've never had a reason not to expect an effortless victory before. Gojo appears before them completely devoid of his normally annoying persona. His intense aura even intimidates Yuta, Maki, and Hakari. Yuji however, isn't intimidated in the slightest and tells his sensei that the Infinity is in the way of a proper pat on the back. Gojo relaxes, chuckling as he invites everyone to slap him on the back before departing with Utahime and Gakuganji. Everyone there proceeds to slap him on the back and provide words of encouragement and support.
With a confident grin on his face, Gojo assures everyone that he'll come out on top. Sukuna's grin mirrors him in anticipation as the battle of the strongest is about to begin.
