Summary
Sukuna reveals that he is the Angel's target, the one they call the Disgraced One. Before Yuji and Megumi can properly discuss this revelation, something astonishing suddenly occurs within the colony. This development has major implications for the Culling Game and it comes as a direct result of several meetings that took place over nine months, between Kenjaku and the various governments of the world.
Plot Details
Yuji non-verbally communicates to Megumi that Sukuna is the Angel's target.
Sukuna reveals to Yuji that he is the Disgraced One and Megumi snaps his friend's mind back into reality by calling his name. Megumi asks Yuji what's wrong and the latter lies and says he isn't feeling good so he can switch spots with Hana. Yuji uses charades to try and communicate Sukuna's revelation to Megumi but he has trouble understanding Yuji's non-verbal attempts to get the message across. After realizing that Yuji wanted to prevent the Angel from noticing and not Hana, Megumi quickly realizes that Yuji must be her target.
Yuji figures the Angel must have a way of eliminating Sukuna without hope of return and assumes the King of Curses is underestimating him. Yuji will gladly give his life after they save Tsumiki to get rid of Sukuna and ensure Satoru Gojo's return. Megumi acknowledges that their plan has hit another wall with the Angel's request and his main issue is that he knows Yuji will have no problem dying for the cause. Yuji and Megumi's thoughts are interrupted by a sudden comment from the Angel. She says that many new players are entering the colony and Kogane displays over eight hundred of them entering one after the other.

A couple months ago, in September, Kenjaku met with various governments across the world. He revealed the truth about jujutsu and proposed cursed energy as an alternative energy source.
Kenjaku proposes the President order the abduction of jujutsu sorcerers.
During a more recent meeting with the United States government, he even provided glasses that allowed the non-sorcerers to see cursed spirits and summoned some using Cursed Spirit Manipulation to serve as examples. Cyrus Veil of the U.S. Office of Energy and Environment backed Kenjaku's claims. Cyrus implored the President to start looking into cursed energy and stated that they must seize the opportunity or risk falling behind in the race for newly sustainable energy.
Using technology taken from Kokichi Muta's surveillance, Kenjaku showed the government representatives footage of recent jujutsu-related incidents. Cyrus followed up by explaining how cursed energy could become the cleanest energy in history but the President was still entirely unsure despite Cyrus continuing to apply pressure. Kenjaku added that Tokyo will cease to function in November and many sorcerers will be gathered in one place. The curse user asks what the President will do and the dismayed government official is taken back by the idea of him giving an order to abduct sorcerers.
