Summary

Plot Details
As a result of the explosion caused by Kashimo at sea, a mix of water and blood rains down on the shipping yard dock. Panda, who is now much smaller than usual due to the injuries he sustained, walks over to the edge of the yard and expresses concern for Hakari's health. After seeing his fellow student's severed hand, Panda assumes the worse. Kashimo emerges from the water and climbs up onto land. He's exhausted and completely out of cursed energy, but he believes that he's finally won.
However, Hakari suddenly appears from the water and punches Kashimo across the face. He's missing an arm but is still very much alive. Kashimo's cursed energy created a steam explosion that should have destroyed his opponent, but Hakari knew Kashimo was trying to prevent him from expanding his domain again because he was headed for another round of increased probability. Kashimo attempted to take off Hakari's left arm at the very least in order to stop him from making hand signs. Anticipating this, Hakari decided to sacrifice his left arm with a last-ditch binding vow that protected the rest of his body with the cursed energy that would've been used on his arm.
Kashimo tells Hakari to kill him but the latter refuses because then the hundred points the former possesses would disappear. Hakari even admits he doesn't consider this a clean victory because Kashimo never unleashed his innate technique. He commends Kashimo for being so powerful while only manipulating the traits of his cursed energy. Kashimo questions how Hakari knows this and the latter and is surprised to learn his intuition was correct. Kashimo reveals that he can only use his cursed technique once and he wanted to do so only on Sukuna. With a high level of admiration for his opponent, Hakari offers to cut Kashimo a deal.
Panda locates Hakari and is surprised to learn that Kashimo is teaming up with them in exchange for fighting Sukuna. Panda disagrees but Hakari insists it's okay, confusing Kashimo when he hears that Hakari is Sukuna's senpai. At the same time, rule ten allowing the transference of points between players is added to the Culling Game.
Hakari returns to the amusement park where he met Charles and finds the aspiring mangaka again. Charles asks why he came back and what happened to his arm but Hakari dismisses his inquiries. Hakari asks him if he feels better after fighting and even offers to read his manga. However, Charles hasn't officially published anything yet, which irritates Hakari and makes him berate Charles and tell him to draw like his life depends on it rather than worry about being a sorcerer.
Momo Nishimiya arrives in the colony and interrupts Hakari while he kicks Charles. She asks if Hakari got the points and reveals that the Kyoto students are working together with their group to combat the Culling Game. She also adds that they want to postpone creating another rule that would establish communication between colonies because Maki and Ui Ui can serve as liaisons for them. Hakari asks how Maki can pass through barriers without interference and Momo reveals that it's because she's become a "monster".
Meanwhile, in the Sakurajima Colony, Maki makes short work of the most aggressive cursed spirits and players in the area. She meets up with Noritoshi Kamo, who's now sporting an entirely new look. Noritoshi reveals that he's no longer the heir to the Kamo clan and has fallen from grace while Maki has grown strong. Noritoshi requests that Maki meet up with Ui Ui after she leaves the Sakurajima Colony, but their conversation is interrupted by the arrival of a mysterious cursed spirit that enters the colony and ignores Kogane's request to become a player.
