Summary
Determined to prove his strength against an unkillable opponent, Kashimo puts his timeless skills against Hakari's gambles. Hakari's bets have been paying off thus far, but all luck eventually runs out.
Plot Details
Hakari and Kashimo go blow for blow.
Hakari and Kashimo dash around the shipping yard at top speed. As Kashimo makes a turn around the freight containers, Hakari leaps forward and punches one of them at his opponent. Kashimo stops and punches it back with equal force, leading to both of them hitting the large crate back and forth until it's completely flattened by their superhuman strength. As Hakari knocks what's left of it away, Kashimo jumps over the reamins with a piece of the container door in hand. He uses it to strike Hakari's face twice, ripping the skin clean off and splitting his head open.
"I can heal... while I break!!"
Kashimo is aware that cursed energy flows from the abdomen but positive energy comes from the brain. Regardless of how automatic Hakari's reverse cursed technique is, Kashimo can win if he crushes his head in a single blow. Hakari's face quickly heals but Kashimo follows up by shooting a bolt of lightning at his head. Hakari is made painfully aware of how close he is to death but he acts quickly to heal at the same time as he breaks. While healing his damaged brain, Hakari ejects his opponent's cursed energy from his nose. Elated that he survived the attack, Hakari taunts Kashimo for nearly killing him.
Hakari's luck appears to finally run out.
With only eight seconds left in the round, Hakari turns up the intensity and attacks even faster than before. His punches all land and he figures there must be conditions to Kashimo's lightning blast and he isn't likely to use it again immediately. He recklessly goes all-in on his attacks and tries to beat down Kashimo completely, managing to overwhelm his opponent with increased power and speed. However, Hakari is mistaken about Kashimo's ability to use electricity functions. Kashimo also accumulated an electrical charge on his staff, which is across the shipping yard where their battle began.
Kashimo retrieves the electrified cursed energy as feedback along a route through Hakari's lower abdomen. This completely destroys the left side of Hakari's gut just as his unkillable round ends. Kashimo believes he's won but Hakari quickly uses the last of his strength to cast domain expansion once again, surprising the former with his ability to still use jujutsu.
